FAQ:

1.  What is the minimum number of teams per grade?   .... no minimum ... our tumeke drawmaster will make it work for all

2.  Would the drawmaster consider mixing 2 grades if a grade does not have enough teams?  ..... YES

3.  When is $300 team payment due?  ...  2 weeks prior to the tournament please

4.   What is the age criteria?  ... here is an example:  to play in the Under 10 grade, you can be 10 years old BUT you must NOT turn 11 on the 2 days that

      this tournament will be playing 

5.   Is there any representative teams being chosen?  .... as this is the first year for our Chief (Rowdy), we just wanted to get the tournament started.  It

      could be looked at in the future years to come.  But for 2024 .... no

6.   What happens if we dont have a referee?  .... we are urging every team to register a referee to help with the games.  Touch Rotorua will try and also

      supply these and we are hoping that some of Rowdy's friends will also make themselves available

7.   Who looks after the referees?  ...  Touch Rotorua will look after the referees at the fields only.  They will be supplied with lunch and snacks and will also

      be housed within the Rotorua international Stadium (top room as usual)

8.   Are refs supplied with a tournament shirt?  .... at this stage please have your referee wear your module, provincial or nz uniform for all games

9.   Will refs do their team games?  ....  UPDATED:  Under 10 teams will ref their own games.  Under 12 & Under 14 team refs - tba. 

10.  ALL REFS MUST REPORT TO THE REFEREE HEADQUARTERS AT THE START OF THE DAY (INTERNATIONAL STADIUM) SO THAT YOUR SCORECARDS CAN
