UMPIRE CODE OF CONDUCT

• Umpires must umpire each game fairly, respectfully and in the spirit of the game.
  
• Umpires much umpire each game according to the World Netball and NCNC rules
  
• Respect all people regardless of race, colour, position, gender and age.
  
• Umpire the rules without fear or favour.
  
• Uphold the standards of the NZ, Zone and Centre Umpire Awards
  
• Display high standards of behaviour and personal appearance which promote a positive image of netball and umpiring at all times.
  
• Support and encourage other umpires.
  
• Be courteous, respectful, and open to discussion and interaction.
  
• If unqualified, ensure you have a clear understanding of the rules of the game and apply these in a consistent manner.
