2016 Highlights

June 2nd:  Walking up Sturges Rd our group was stopped by a Traffic Officer. He told us he was doing randon checks on traffic and asked us "Who is your designated driver?"

"That's me," I replied.

"Have you got a license?" asked the officer.

"No," I replied.

"Well," said the officer, "Keep your speed down."

We went on our way over the hill, lightened by the officer's fine sense of humour. Our speed was 5.6 kms per hour.
