Welcome to the Wanaka Youth Basketball web site. This is used to help coordinate and inform the youth members of the Wanaka Basketball Club about activities, events, and other notices.
The philosophy for this youth league is:
- Fun and enjoyment of the game
- Develop each player to the level and commitment they are comfortable
- Provide a positive competitive environment where they can see their work and effort has an outcome
This is a fun league with the aim and emphasis on learning and developing each player. This is not an elite league with winning as the outcome.
