The Commodore invites Members and their guests to join us this Friday for dinner at the club with delicious catering by Galley Cafe and Catering. Refreshments are available at the bar as usual.

Mains

  • Spaghetti Bolognese$28.50 A rich, slow-simmered prime beef mince ragù with crushed Italian tomatoes, fresh garlic, and herbs, served over a bed of steaming spaghetti and topped with freshly grated parmesan cheese.
  • Classic Beef Burger & Chips$28.50  180 gram Premium beef patty, melted swiss cheese, crisp lettuce, tomato, and mayonnaise on a toasted brioche bun, served with a generous side of golden fries and tomato sauce.
  • Skipper’s Fresh Market Fish & Chips$29.50 Freshly caught market fish fillets, crisp-fried in a light batter, served with a fresh green side salad, golden fries, tartare sauce, and lemon wedges.
  • Rustic Vegetable & Spinach Lasagna (V) — $28.50 Layers of delicate pasta sheets packed with vibrant spinach leaf, savory crushed tomatoes and ricotta cheese, and a rich, bubbling melted mozzarella and parmesan cheese topping.

Dessert

  • Rum Tiramisu$14.50 Layers of delicate savoiardi sponge fingers soaked in freshly brewed espresso coffee and dark rum, smothered in a velvety mascarpone cream and dusted with rich cocoa powder.

  • Slow-Cooked Lamb Shanks | 29.50
    • Braised in a rich red wine and rosemary jus, served over creamy mashed potato with tender garden peas.
  • Crispy Crumbed Tarakihi | 29.50
    • Deep-fried golden terakihi served with chunky fries, a fresh side salad, and creamy house tartare sauce.
  • The Galley Prime Beef Burger | 28.50
    • A 180g prime beef patty with juicy tomato, crisp lettuce, and fresh onions in a toasted brioche bun. Served with golden chunky fries and tomato sauce.
  • Eggplant Parmigiana (V) | 28.50
    • Layers of tender eggplant, sweet capsicums, and courgettes baked in a rich tomato and fresh basil sauce, topped with melted parmigiana cheese.

 Dessert

    • A decadent, classic Italian tiramisu layered with espresso-soaked ladyfingers, rich mascarpone, and a generous splash of rum.
