The Mangakahia Football Club (previously known as the Mangakahia Junior Soccer Club) is not just a group of teams, it's a community of like-minded parents who have come together to volunteer their time to provide all kids interested in playing football with the opportunity to participate in a team sport, an environment where they can have fun along the way whilst learning new skills, and the support to build strength and creating friendships.

Our club, based out of the Mangakahia Sports and Community Complex, has become a hub for young football enthusiasts within and beyond our local community. From our re-emergence as a football club with just 14 members in 2019, we've experienced remarkable growth, swelling to 126 members for the 2024 season.

Our success isn't just measured in numbers however, but in the passion and dedication of our players, coaches, managers, and committee members, all of whom volunteer their time to nurture the love of the game within our community.

With teams ranging from Grade 4 to Grade 12, we proudly represent Mangakahia at competitions organised by Marist at Kensington Park and other football clubs throughout the Whangarei District.
