Softball NZ wish to advise the appointments and roles of the new Board.

1. The Board advised to the Chief Executive that Hoani Lambert has been elected as Chair of the Softball New Zealand Board and Rebecca Annan as Deputy Chair.
2. The Chair advised of the appointment of the following executive committees:     
   • People and Culture Committee: Vaughan Dennison (Chair), Duncan Enoka, Char Pouaka
   • Audit and Risk Committee: Rebecca Annan (Chair) Megan Harlick, Hoani Lambert
   • Strategy and Performance Committee: Rebecca Annan (Chair), Megan Harlick, Vaughan Dennison.
