Former White Sox International and Hutt Valley Women’s Assistant Coach Nadia Mauriohooho has been recruited into the Sky Sport White Sox coaching staff.
Mauriohooho who played for the White Sox during the 2002 and 2006 World Series and 2007 Olympic Qualifier will bring significant support to the team as they lead into the WBSC World Cup Qualifier in Italy. An outfielder by trade, Mauriohooho will work alongside Head Coach Donny Hale and long-time Te Aroha club member Melisa Tupuivao as the team’s second Assistant Coach.
In addition, Coach Donny Hale has named 4 non-traveling reserves for July’s WBSC World Cup Qualifier in Italy.
