Training for our intermediate and senior club riders is back underway.

CLUB TRAINING
Thursday club training for Intermediate and Senior club members

Thursday 6.00pm - 7.00pm
(for rider safety - no sprockets please)


Focus will initially be on strength and fitness before incorporating speed.  Skills will naturally come as a result fo faster speed.

The track will be closed to all other riders from 5.45pm - 7.30pm while training is on.

We encourage all our Tauranga club members to come along for training night.
 

Coaching starts at 6 pm.  We suggest you do not exhaust to much energy before coaching starts.

Riders will need to bring the following to the gate - (write a check list!),
Running shoes
Full safety gear
Water

We have experienced coaches who take riders through a warm up, stretching then skills based training.

Skills included are:
  • Gates
  • Pedalling
  • Pumping
  • Manualling
  • Jumping
  • Cornering
