Welcome to the Upper Hutt Rams Rugby Football Club.   

 Formally established in 2014, we are proud to be the home of Rugby in Upper Hutt and to provide an opportunity to play rugby and netball for our whanau-based club.  Upper Hutt Rams RFC sits firmly in the heart of our community and provides the platform for successful participation across all age levels in junior rugby, across the premier, age and reserve grade levels, and premier and senior grade netball teams.

We are also blessed with a strong golden oldies team. 

Together with other sporting clubs in our city, UH Rams is a vital link between families and friends providing the opportunity for improved health and well-being by way of involvement in our great games of Rugby and Netball.
