The Zespri AIMS Games is one of Australasia’s largest junior sporting events, held annually in Tauranga Moana. Celebrating diversity, the Games provides an opportunity for Year 7 & 8 students to meet others from outside their normal peer group, and to learn and build on their social interaction skills, while having fun in their chosen sport.
The 2025 AIMS Games welcomed 14,000 competitors, representing 430 schools and 27 sporting codes.
In 2025, ACG Strathallan sent 60 athletes to AIMS Games competing in sports such as hockey, rippa rugby, basketball, netball, football, swimming, cross country, orienteering, badminton and gymnastics.
There are costs associated with students participating in AIMS Games depending on whether your child is part of a team or competing individually.
