DUKE OF EDINBURGH
The Duke of Edinburgh’s International Award is a prestigious and globally recognised programme that is highly valued by universities and employers alike. The Award is offered at three levels: Bronze, Silver, and Gold, each requiring participants to complete four core sections: Physical Recreation, Skill Development, Voluntary Service, and an Adventurous Journey. At the Gold level, participants also undertake a Residential Project.
Through participation in the Award, students cultivate key personal qualities such as commitment, self-awareness, initiative, self-confidence, determination, and motivation, while also developing essential leadership and teamwork skills.
The programme is open to Form 4 to Form 7 students.
Information about the Award and how it is run at the School can be found on GrammarNet.
