Albion works with clubs, schools and football organisations that want more than a coaching provider. Our partnerships are built around technical leadership, aligned methodology, coach development and connected player pathways. The exact model differs for each organisation. The principle does not: create better environments, develop better people and provide a clearer route forward.

Napier City Rovers

​​​​​​​Technical & Player Development Partner

Albion’s partnership with Napier City Rovers connects our player-development work directly into one of New Zealand’s leading domestic football environments.

As Hawke’s Bay’s National League pathway, NCR provides a genuine route from junior development through youth football and into the highest levels of the domestic game. Albion supports that pathway through technical direction, programme design, coaching methodology, coach development, player identification and pathway planning across the club’s youth environment.

The relationship creates alignment from Foundation and Pre-Academy through CDL Youth and into the 15–17 performance years, with the objective of preparing players for senior football, National League opportunities and the next stage beyond.

Gisborne Thistle AFC

Development Pathway Partner

Albion works alongside Gisborne Thistle AFC to provide a connected development pathway from junior football through Pre-Academy and into CDL Youth football.

Albion supports the technical direction of the pathway, helping create alignment in coaching, methodology and player development as young players progress through the club.

Identified players with the ambition and potential to go further can also access Albion's wider performance pathway, including Academy environments, high-performance camps, individual development opportunities and selected international tournament experiences.

The objective is simple: develop strongly in Gisborne without geography limiting opportunity.

Western Rangers

Development Pathway Partner

Albion leads and delivers the Western Rangers junior development pathway, providing a connected programme from a player’s first experiences through to Pre-Academy and the transition towards youth football.

Through Little Albion, Albion+, Pre-Academy and holiday programmes, Albion brings its coaches, methodology and development framework directly into the Western Rangers environment, creating a clear progression in challenge and football understanding.

As Western Rangers does not currently operate a CDL Youth programme, Albion also helps ambitious players approaching that stage understand and access appropriate next-step opportunities through our wider Academy, individual development, high-performance camp and tournament environments.

Woodford House

​​​​​​​School Football & Performance Partner

Albion provides the technical leadership and coaching programme for football at Woodford House, working across the First XI, Second XI and Junior team environments.

Albion coaches lead training, match-day delivery and tournament support while providing a consistent methodology and development framework across the school's football programme.

The partnership is a natural fit. Woodford House sees sport as an important part of education and growth, with performance, challenge and improvement central to its sporting environment. Albion shares that belief: high standards should develop the person as well as the player.

Our role is to bring professional football expertise into the school environment - creating consistency between teams, supporting individual development and ensuring Woodford players experience an organised, purposeful and ambitious football programme.
