Age Groups / Grades

Your grade is determined by the age you are on 01 January 2026. For example, if you are born on the 1 March 2015 you are 10 on 1 Jan 2026, you will be in the Under 11 grade (so the age you turn that year).  There is flexibily depending on skills and confidence level to move up or down just email us.

Generally speaking, the age groups are as follows:

U6 - Born 2020 and later

U7 - Born 2019

U8 - Born 2018

U9- Born 2017

U10- Born 2016

U11- Born 2015

U12 - Born 2014

U13 - Born 2013

U14 - Born 2012

U15 - Born 2011

U16 - Born 2010

U17 - Born 2009

Because we are a small club, age groups may be combined to make full teams. Players may also play above their age grade as necessary in order to form appropriate teams. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact aufc.president@gmail.com.
