Our Secondary School League (SSL) for year 9 - 13 students gets underway on Friday 30 October 2026.

All games will be played this season at the Southern Trust Events Centre on Morgans Road, Timaru. Games will be scheduled to start from 4:15pm each week. Last night of games this year will be 4 December 2026, with games resumming 12 February 2027 (TBC).

Entries fees for this season are as follows: -

$350.00 per team if entered before 11:59pm Friday 16 October.

$400.00 per team if entered after Friday 16 October (if entry is accepted by league director)

$50.00 late fee if team list is submitted after Friday 23 October 2026

$5.00 per player (Aorangi Stadium fee)

Register your team in teambuilder, by clicking the register now button at the bottom of the page.

Once your team has been registered make sure the team list is completed in TeamBuilder and the form AVA402 team list for principal sign off is completed and returned by email to aoraki.vball@gmail.com by the required date. A teams entry is conditional until the minimum number of players for a team have been entered into TeamBuilder and form AVA402 has been recieved. 

For schools who enter multilpe teams into a single grade they will need to rank these teams. This can be done by filling out form AVA401.

This year we will be printing score sheets from Sporty.  These score sheerts will include a printed team list, so when you register your team please make sure to add in as many of the following personnel as posible so they are included on tghe printed score sheet: -

• coach
• assisant coach
• manager
• players

With the players can you please include their shirt number so all this information can be printed on the score sheets. I'm not sure if this can be done when a player is added to the team in TeamBuilder, I do know it can be done by editing the player once they have been aded to the team.
