  Committee meetings are held the first week of every month unless advised differently.
  Annual General Meetings are held  yearly. Late June/August.

  If you would like to be a member of the commmittee attend the AGM and you can be nominted by any one person , but must be in the club for 12 months or more and the club has its annual quota of elected officers.
