• No running alongside athletes when competing
  • No fighting or swearing
  • No playing in long jump pit when not competing
  • No riding bikes on athletics field
  • No soccer/rugby balls; you will be asked to leave these in the shed if you bring one until the night is finished.
  • No climbing trees
  • No children in Athletic shed unless supervised
  • No touching of shotputs and discus unless competing in actual event
  • No jumping on high jump mats unless competing
  • Uniform is mandatory; white Club T-Shirt/singlet, black shorts and YOUR named age patch.
  • No caps or other head gear to be worn while competing
  • Only athletes at the finish line please
