Auckland Cricket has named its Auckland A Winter Training Squad for the 2026/27 season, bringing together a group of aspirational players from across the region’s club cricket system.

The Auckland A programme forms an important part of Auckland Cricket’s performance pathway, providing selected players with the opportunity to train in a high-performance environment alongside Auckland Cricket coaches.

The winter programme is designed to support players as they continue their development and work towards the next stage of their cricketing careers. Selection into the training squad does not guarantee selection for Auckland A fixtures, with match selections remaining format-specific and based on a range of factors throughout the season.
