Kia Ora,Our Monday programme is all set to start on 12th February 2024. A brief breakdown of each grade isdetailed below as well as some important information regarding the competition.Dates: February 12, 19, 26, March 4, 11, 18 (6 Weeks)Staff/Reporting: We will have a staff member present at the Stevenson Tennis Centrethroughout the event. The gate will be open from 3:40pm for players tosign in.Equipment/Tennis Balls: We will provide tennis balls on the day. We also have tennis racquetsavailable to borrow if any players require one.Blocks: Tennis Otago will assign your school to one of the blocks and let you knowwhich block your school is in once registrations have been completed.Cancellations: If the day’s play is cancelled, Tennis Otago will notify schools and parentsby no later than 2:30pm on the Monday in question.Cost: $40 per person
Parents are responsible for transporting their child to and from the games as well as supervising when there. We would also require a parent/parents to help managing the teams (this only involves being there on the day to help out as well as any possible emails. (Internet banking account: 030903 0100408 00.
