For any cancellations or amendments to start times, the following will apply.

1. In the event of inclement weather, the Centre Manager will text all club greenkeepers between 7.00am- 7.30am to ascertain the green conditions at their club. If afternoon play is doubtful, greenkeepers will be contacted at approximately 11.30am.
2. If a cancellation or otherwise is probable, the Centre Manager will then contact members of the Operations Committee for a decision asap. A further message will then be sent to greenkeepers AND Interclub selectors to notify them of any decision to cancel or postpone etc.
3. Club selectors are responsible for advising their applicable teams.
4. Such notice will also be sent via the email cancellation service (available via the website) and also posted on the Bowls Dunedin Facebook page.
5. For Open, C of C's etc. events, all of the above will apply with the exception that club selectors will not be advised.
