Cambridge Netball Centre Moves to an App to Score Games

From 2024 onwards Cambridge Netball Centre no longer uses scorecards for the Intermediate & Senior competitions, we will instead have scorers use the My Netball Manager Game Day App, an App supplied to us by Netball NZ.

Each team will have their own scorer code, to ensure only they can score their game, with each team to supply a scorer for every game, using their own device e.g. mobile phone

Roll out dates

We are going to roll this out through the grades over 6 weeks to ensure we can be there to assist grades if required.

Week 1 & 2 Monday Premier Ladies & Premier Reserve (will use App from the beginning of the season)

Week 3 & 4 A Grade & A2 Grade (use normal cards in week 1 & 2 then transition to Game day App)

Week 5 & 6 Junior Sec and Year 7/8's (use normal cards in week 1 - 4 then transition to Game day App)

Year 5 & 6 will continue to use normal cards all season and will NOT use the App

Signing in your team each week

 Teams will now be signed in using the app, not at the registration desk

Registering players mid Season when using the App

New players must be registered to the school/club via the online form and then the school/club advises our office so we can add the player to the team (teams cannot add players after the 4th week), this is the only way players will show in the team list for the Game Day App

De-registering players when using the App

To remove players from the Game Day App means they have to be deregistered from the team, so please contact our office to have this process completed
