 - Monday 2nd November  (20 working days): Notification of AGM to be sent via email

 - Monday 9th November  (15 working days): Any correspondence to be received by the association committee from any voting members at the latest

 - Monday 23rd November (5 working days): Financials and business schedule to be sent out to voting members via email
