Central Football are excited to announce the partnership with four clubs across the Central Federation for the upcoming Boys' Youth National League 2024.

The teams will be entered under, and administered by the below clubs, in partnership with Central Football.

Havelock North Wanderers AFC (Hawke's Bay) 
Palmerstion North United FC
Palmerston North Marist FC 
FC Western (Taranaki) 

Expresssions of interest (EOI) were sought from across the Federation to partner with CF for the BYNL. Initially eight EOI were received from our clubs. After further communication, the four clubs mentioned above were confirmed for 2024.

The BYNL is an Under 17 competition that follows the format of the Men's National League. It includes regional phases (Northern, Central, and Southern Leagues) leading up to the national finals series in November.

Starting in mid-September and running until November, the BYNL extends the development environment for New Zealand's top youth players after the winter season. This competition is designed to provide these players with the opportunity to further their development in a more performance-oriented setting.

More information on starting dates/structure of the league will be released once we have confirmation.
