Central Netball Club Uniform contract

The Club dress and Gear Bag you are issued with are only to be used at Club Sanctioned Activities and remain the property of Central Netball Club

In addition to the clothing that is issued by Central, you are permitted to wear a plain black sweat or thermal underneath your playing dress if you are cold.

Black knickers to be worn. Netball specific knickers can be purchased at most clothing or sports shops.  You may wear spandex style shorts but they must be above the hemline of your skirt.

Please take the time to read the care and washing instructions on the garment tags and the Uniform Contract.

  • I agree to attend the uniform issue and return times unless I have made prior arrangements with the Uniform Coordinator.

  • I understand that the uniform bond ($20, in cash) is payable upon the issue of the new uniform and that it will be refunded at the uniform return day.

  • I understand that I forfeit my uniform bond if I return the uniform late (i.e. after uniform return day) unless prior arrangements have been made with the Uniform Coordinator.

  • I understand that I am solely responsible for the care and upkeep of the uniform with which I have been issued.

  • I agree to follow the washing instructions as per the care labels within the garments.

  • I agree to inform my Coach or Manager of any damage that I may cause to my uniform and I understand that I may be charged a repair fee.

  • I understand, at the discretion of Central Netball Club, that I may be liable for the full replacement cost of the uniform, if it is lost, not returned, or returned in a damaged condition.

  • I understand that if I do not pay for the damaged/lost uniform I will be classed as an “unfinancial player” with NCNC and will be unable to play for any club until replacement has been resolved.

Please note:
Receipt of a Central Netball uniform constitutes acceptance of the above contract
