On the Information Stall we have cheese using three different types of milk, sheep, goat and A2 cow, all made up the Moutere Valley

Thorvald Cheese, Stolen from the Gods, has camembert, curado and feta as well as the ocassional blue vein. 

Valhal - is Viking Heaven where a great feast is held, so naturally these cheese is worthy of Viking on their final passage. There is a wide variety from fresh, camembert, Freya, feta, Odin and Berg. They range in intensity. 

Little River Estate is the A2 cows milk and is smooth and creamy with brie and camembert being very popular, along with the Tasman Blue, Swiss and Wildfire.
