The club deals with all complaints very seriously.  

​​​​​​​Club Complaints.

All complaints must be set out in writing and contain only factual information, including the date of the incident, the parties involved and any witnesses.  All complaints must have the name and contact details of the complainant.

All complaints can be sent in writing (hard copy or electronic) to Mark Setford (mark.setford@anz.com).  An investigation will be conducted and a formal written response sent and/or disciplinary meeting where practical.  An executive committee may need to be convened to discuss the complaint and/or response and/or remedial action (if any).

Where necessary the club may notify Hawkes Bay Cricket Association and/or the Police of any serious complaints that require their notification.
