The club deals with all complaints very seriously.  


Senior Club Complaints.

All complaints must be set out in writing and contain only factual information, including the date of the incident, the parties involved and any witnesses.  All complaints must have the name and contact details of the complainant.

All senior complaints can be sent in writing (hard copy or electronic) to Leah Setford.  Leah will investigate all complaints and provide a formal written response as soon as practical.  An executive committee may need to be convened to discuss the complaint and/or response and/or remedial action (if any).


Junior Club Complaints.

All complaints must be set out in writing and contain only factual information, including the date of the incident, the parties involved and any witnesses.  All complaints must have the name and contact details of the complainant.

All junior complaints can be sent in writing (hard copy of electronic) to Leah Setford ([email protected]).  Leah will investigate all complaints and provide a formal written response as soon as practical.  The club chairperson will also be notified of any junior complaints.


Where necessary the club may notify Hawkes Bay Cricket Association of any serious complaints that involve their notification.
