Pilates

My Bodyworks Pilates & Fitness offers regular weekly classes run by Annaliese, a qualified Pilates instructor and personal trainer. 

Classes provide a range of Pilates workouts, with a wide variety of exercises and Pilates equipment to help gain strength and improve overall mobility and posture.

All ages and levels of fitness are welcome for classes or 1:1 sessions.
