The second doubles game is free (ie if you enter the doubles and then play in the mixed doubles)

Matches may be played at a variety of venues to be confirmed. 

1. Play will be continuous throughout the day. No player shall absent themselves from the grounds during the hours of play without first having obtained the permission of the Tournament Supervisor.


2. The Tournament Supervisor’s decision will be final.


3. Players must report to the Tournament Supervisor on arrival.


4. Parental interference or sideline coaching is not permitted. Any disputes, problems, queries are to be referred to the Tournament Supervisor.

5. All competitors must wear approved tennis clothing and footwear whilst on the courts.

6. Five minutes maximum warm­up time will be allowed from the time players take the court.

7. MATCHES:
U10’s - U16's to play 2 sets to 4 tie break 4 all 3rd set tie break, including Semi-­finals and Finals, then a tie­break only to be played (first to 7).

8. The Tournament controller has right to increase the number of games played for any age group consisting of a final only.

9. ALL competitors are to umpire their own matches, except if they are not confident to do so, an option to request an umpire is allowed.

10. Competitors must be prepared to play or umpire when called upon. Failure to do so will incur automatic disqualification.

11. Players may play up to 4 matches.

12. Rules as per NZ Tennis Junior Code of Conduct will apply.  The Tournament Supervisor will penalize any players displaying bad behaviour both on or off the court as per the Junior Code of Conduct.
