AGM & CONFERENCE REGISTRATIONS

Flying NZ is delighted to welcome you to the 2026 AGM & Conference!

This year we are meeting at the Arawa Park Hotel in Rotorua!

The main AGM and Conference activities are on on Saturday 25 and Sunday 26 July. There's a BBQ at the Rotorua Aero Club on Friday 24 July for those interested.

The AGM and Conference plan is:

Friday 24 July - Rotorua Aero Club 

  • BBQ at Rotorua Aero Club (register below, pay on the evening)

Saturday 25 July - Arawa Park Hotel 

  • Conference ($105 pp, register below) 8.30am - 5.30pm 
  • FAI Awards Dinner and FNZ Awards Evening ($85 pp, register below) 6.30pm till late

Sunday 26 July - Arawa Park Hotel

  • Flying NZ AGM (limited to FNZ member Clubs - free, must register below) 8.30am - 10.30am
  • Instructor Summit ($85 pp, register below) 11am - 3.30pm

Travel

  1. Option 1: FREE return bus Auckland - Rotorua (Friday 24 & Sunday 26 July), with pickup/ drop off in Hamilton (must register below - close 1 July 2026)
  2. Option 2: Additional Transport Subsidy for NZAF or FNZ affiliated instructors. Instructors may apply to the transport subsidy of $250. Round one closed on June 10th. Round two is open until July 1st 2026.

Conditions for Option 2:

  1. Funding is limited and applications will close once the available subsidy pool has been fully allocated.
  2. Each Flying NZ club is guaranteed one subsidised place.
  3. Any additional applications from the same club will be considered by ballot if funding allows.
  4. Payment will be made to clubs after the event, with GST added where applicable.
  5. For instructors who are not affiliated with a club, payment will be made directly to the individual without GST, unless they are GST registered.

Applications must be emailed to execsec@flyingnz.co.nz by 1 July 2026. To apply, please provide:
