Getting to the venue:

Recommended route is to travel along State Highway 1 through Ngaruawahia, turn left into

Old Taupiri Road  -  travel along this road until you come to the park.

If coming along River Road from Hamilton, please go over the Horotiu Bridge and get onto State Highway 1. Then use the directions above.

If coming from Taupiri, turn right off State Highway 1 at the Hopuhopu turnoff.

Entering the venue:

Via the double gates – form into two rows of cars to keep the traffic moving.

Have your $5 ready – it will help save time.

There will be no exiting the venue until after 11.00am – we can’t handle cars going out while the majority of people are still coming in.

Food and Drinks:

Plenty of food and drinks will be available for purchase on the day so please bring along money for this as well. A percentage of the proceeds will come back to the junior rugby.

(No separate fundraising allowed at venue on the day)

Matches:

Coaches of the teams will be provided with a draw for the day – every team will have at least two or three games. Please get in and support your child, their team and the officials on the day – in the correct manner of sportsmanship. Please stay behind the tape that surrounds the fields – it ensures your child has a safe area to play in.
