Incorporated Societies Act 2022 Update

Fusion Netball Club Incorporated has updated its constitution and reregistered under the Incorporated Societies Act 2022, as required for all incorporated societies in New Zealand.

The new constitution, developed using the New Zealand Companies Office Constitution Builder, was formally adopted by members at the AGM on 1 March 2026. It meets the requirements of the Act, including dispute resolution procedures, governance by a committee, and confirmation of membership arrangements.
