*How does a normal club night run?
Club nights start at 6pm for athletes of all ages. We’ll welcome everyone, warm up, then move through 3 blocks.

• All athletes complete 3 races — one per block.
• Ages 5+ will also be assigned one field event during the night.
  
• Ages 2–4 will have a fun field activity set up.

*Can I still register?
Yes! Please register before our first club night on 14 October.
Registrations after this date will still be charged the full season fee.

*Do I need a uniform?

• Ages 2–4: No uniform required.
• Ages 5+: A club singlet is required for placings.

Our bulk singlet order has been placed, but these may take a few weeks to arrive. Athletes will still be eligible for placings while waiting for their singlet.
Black or green shorts are preferred, but club shorts are not required.
We still have a range of green shorts available to purchase for $10 on club nights.

*Where do club nights take place?
Club nights are held on Rangeview Intermediate’s field.
Parking is available where possible at the end of Keru Place or Ozich Ave, with a walk through the school to the field.
You can also park at 247 Edmond Road carpark and walk through the gate and across the field.

*What if we miss a club night?
No problem! Just miss that night — there’s no need to let us know.
There are no make-up nights or refunds for missed or cancelled club nights, including those cancelled due to weather.

*What happens if it rains?
We’ll make a decision between 3:30-4pm and post any cancellations on our socials.
Where severe weather warnings are in place, we’ll aim to communicate a decision earlier where possible.

*What time does club night finish?
We aim to finish club nights by 7pm.
Our sausage sizzle, lollies, water and juicies will also be available until the line (or stock!) runs out.

*Do parents need to stay? Can parents help?
Yes, parents are required to stay during club nights.
We'd also love your help. We're setting up from 5:00pm, so if you're available, please find a committee member in a green T-shirt and ask how you can assist.
At the end of the evening, any help with pack-down is also be greatly appreciated, whether that's collecting field equipment during the final block or returning items to the sign-in table. Many hands make light work!
