Little Lions Rugby

Designed for children aged 3–5 years, Little Lions Rugby introduces young players to the game through fun, engaging, rugby-themed activities in a safe and supportive environment.

Each session features six rotating activity stations focused on developing the fundamental movement skills every child needs:

• Locomotor Skills: running, jumping, skipping, leaping and galloping
• Stability Skills: balance, body control, bending, twisting and stretching
• Manipulative Skills: throwing, catching, kicking, striking and dribbling

Our goal is simple: to build confidence, coordination, social skills and a lifelong love of being active, all while introducing the basics of rugby through play.

We can't wait to welcome the next generation of Little Lions onto the field!
