Requests for refunds : 

• prior to 31st March 2026 will be processed less a $10 administration fee
• prior to 30th June 2026 will be refunded 50%, reflecting that competition fees have already been invoiced and paid.
• after 30th June 2026 no refund applies.

 
The same terms apply in the unlikely event that the club cancels your registration.
