Touch Season

The Season will start on the Thurs 26th Oct 2023.

NOTES:

ON-LINE Payment of fees is located within the Managers Registration Form.

TEAM MANAGER REGISTRATION:

Go to the "TEAM MANAGER SIGN UP" tab above.

After you have signed up you will be sent a link to your teams registration form.  Please make sure the managers details are put in as Contact 1 as this is who will get sent the team registration form to fill out. 

PLAYER REGISTRATION:

​​​​​​​All players need to be entered using the link emailed to the Team Manager.

This is essential for building a database and to be eligible for rep teams.

NEW SPORTY FUNCTION:

After receiving your team registration form link, you can go in and copy the link at the top and text or fb to your team, this lets them populate their own details into your registration form. (-:

SEASONS FEES:

Seniors: $120 - All teams must supply a referee every 2nd week (Note 1st team in draw provides referee that week however if both teams provide one each it works really well).

Juniors: $120 - All teams must supply a referee every week. Please see info sheet above.

Entries will not be confirmed until payment is made.

(however payment isn't required on initial registration)

Entries Close 27th October 2023

Note: These fees only just cover expenses including: affiliations, grounds, equipment, printing, tropies, break-ups etc. and work out at approximately $0.80/game/player. Which is very affordable fun.

CANCELLATIONS:

Will be posted on the Greymouth Touch page website by 3.45pm for Juniors and after 6pm for Seniors

DRAWS:

Will be posted on the Greymouth Touch facebook pages, website and hopefully in Tuesday's Grey Star.
