2025 Sport Fees

Below is the list of sport fees for 2025. Some costs are per term, some are full-year, and some include equipment or additional facility charges. A few sports are subsidised or fully covered.

  • Archery – $60 ($20 per term)

  • Badminton – $30

  • Basketball (Friday) – $50

  • Basketball (Tuesday – Thompson and Whelan) – $100

  • Fencing – $80 (Full cost is $150 but subsidised by the Sport Department)

  • Football – $30

  • Golf – $20 joining fee (plus $6 per week, paid directly at the golf centre)

  • Handball – $0 (Fully covered by School Sport Canterbury)

  • Indoor Football – $25

  • Indoor Netball – $25

  • Jiu Jitsu – $100 for lessons and hoodie, plus $100 refundable bond for Gi (refunded at end of Term 3 when Gi is returned)

  • Kī-o-Rahi – $25

  • Korfball – $25

  • Netball – $30

  • Pickleball – $30

  • Pool – $30

  • Rock Climbing – $20 annual joining fee (plus $10 per week paid at YMCA)

  • Summer Hockey – $35

  • Table Tennis – $30

  • Touch Rugby – $25

  • Volleyball – $25

  • Ultimate Frisbee – $25
