Register interest to play for each round by the Thursday beforehand using the sign up links on facebook.

Each round registered players are assigned teams which play off against each other. Individual players score points for the Term by the result of each game that they participate in. 3pts win, 1pts draw, 0pts loss. 

At the end of Term the winning squad is announced as those players with the highest accumulated points from all the rounds. 

Sunday League Rules: 2x10 minute halves, rolling clock, goalies switch ends at half time.

Normal IFF rules regarding slashing etc. Instead of bench penalties, a penalty shot will be given and the offending player will sub.

After a goal is scored, the team who conceded the goal restarts the game from a free-hit in their defensive corner.
