HANANA NETBALL CLUB

Hanana Netball Club was established in 2019. In its first year HNC registered two teams to play in the Netball Horowhenua competition that is played in Levin.

One team in Premier 1 and the other in Premier 2. With the goal of trying to make the top 4 placings of each division, HNC worked hard as a club to reach those goals.

Both teams made the final but due to atrocious weather both games were cancelled and on a points back HNC teams ended up RUNNER UP. We were super stoked with that result in our rookie year.

RAROTONGA TRIP 2019

Half way through the season we decided we would fundraise hard and head over to the Rarotonga Netball Competition that is held every year Nov/Dec.

With no expectations we just wanted to go and have some fun in the sun when we found ourselves in the Finals after 5 days of playing in the HOT sun. We took out our grade with a thrilling final against a local team! What a first year as a new club. The adventures don't stop there :D
