HCS Volleyball 2024

Term 1 -Seniors and Juniors

Training: Training will be once a week after school. Seniors and Junior A will have additional training. 

Matches: Tuesday nights at Pettigrew Green Arena 4 pm - 9 pm beginning 20th Feb.

Fees:   per term

• NZSS Tournament (Senior A) cost estimated at $350 (without funding)

Trials: 1st week of Term 1. A trial sign-up form will be emailed out in late January. 

Tournaments:

• Volleyball Hawke's Bay Open Tournament - 1st & 2nd March
• Volleyball Hawke's Bay Seeding Tournament - 8th & 9th March
• Volleyball NZSS Championship - 18th - 22nd March (Palmerston North) = Senior A team.  

​​​​​​​Term 4 - Juniors only (Social & Competitive)

​​​​​​​Trainings:  For competitive teams only. Trainings will be once a week after school. Junior A may have additional trainings. 

Games: Compeitive teams at PGA on Tuesdays, .

Fees: $ approx. Tournament cost are extra.

Trials: Week 10 of Term 3.  Further information will be posted on the NGHS Sports Instagram Page  

Tournaments: Volleyball Hawke's Bay Open Tournament  = Junior A & B teams

• • Uniform tops and equipment provided for competitive teams 
  • Players require indoor sports shoes and provide their own transport to venues
  • Players are expected to attend practices and all games.
