HAWKE’S BAY HOCKEY’S FACILITIES

The Association boasts three top-class water-based turfs, 2 are based at Park Island Hockey Stadium in Napier with the third at Unison Hockey Stadium in Hastings. The double-storey Smale Pavilion provides for administration offices, bar, café, lounge, mezzanine lounge, umpires room, four team changing rooms with hot shower facilities and excellent spectator seating for both turfs. Grandstands are also provided for both turfs and a small practice turf is available.

HAWKE'S BAY HOCKEY PLAYING VENUES

Hawke’s Bay Hockey has two turfs in Napier and one at Unison Hockey Stadium.

Hockey Turfs and locations:

Cape Physio Turf – Park Island Hockey Stadium
Big Save Turf – Park Island Hockey Stadium
Unison Turf – Unison Hockey Stadium

Some grades have the abbreviations:

A1 or A2 this indicates there will be two matches on the one turf at the same time.
A B C D are when the turfs are divided into 4
UHS = Unison Hockey Stadium and UHS 1 is the main turf and UHS 2 is the Half
