Register in Rugby Xplorer

All participants must have a Rugby Xplorer account to register. Registrations can be completed via the app or Rugby Xplorer portal:  https://myaccount.rugbyxplorer.com.au/

  • Create/Login to Account: Open the Rugby Xplorer app or website and sign up using your email address. If your email is already in the system, you will be prompted to log in or reset your password.
  • Create a Profile: If you are new, enter your details (name, DOB, mobile) to create a profile.
  • Register for a Club;
  • Click Register from the menu.
  • Select Find a Club.
  • Choose the person you are registering (yourself or a linked child).
  • Search for your club by name or location.
  • Select the Role (e.g., Player), Type (e.g., Junior/Senior), and Duration (Season).
  • Review and pay registration fees to finalise. 

Important Tips:

  • Parents: Create your own profile first, then use the "Linked Account" feature to add children.
  • Emails: Use a personal email rather than a work email to avoid firewall issues.
  • Duplicates: Do not create a new profile if you have played before; log in to your existing account to avoid creating a duplicate Rugby ID.

Steps to Link a Child

  • Log In via the app or Rugby Xplorer portal:  https://myaccount.rugbyxplorer.com.au/
  • Access Registration:  Click Register to a Club
  • Link Account: Select Link a new person.
  • Enter Details: Enter the child's first name, last name, date of birth, and contact number.
  • Create Profile: If they are new, select "Create new profile".
  • Verify: A pop-up will confirm if a verification email has been sent to link the accounts. 

Important Tips:

  • Once linked, you can switch between profiles to register them for the season. For best results, use your own email address to manage your children's profiles.

Register (multiple) Children 

  • Setup Linked Accounts (See above): Log in to Rugby Xplorer, set up a primary account, and link your children's profiles to it.
  • Start Registration: Go to "Register" -> "Find a Club" and choose the first child.
  • Register All Children Together: Complete the registration for the first child. At the final step before payment, select "Yes" to register another player.
  • Apply Discount: Repeat the process for all children. The system automatically calculates the discount when multiple registrations are in the same cart.
  • Finalise: Once all children are added to the cart, complete the payment.
