ALL Rugby Registrations MUST be entered via Rugby Xplorer.

RX PRIMARY ACCOUNT CREATION

NOTE: Individuals must be at least 13 years old to hold a RX Primary Account. 

A Parent/Guardian MUST create a primary account for themselves, before creating and linking a childs profile.

Step 1:

  • Download the RX app or go to the Rugby Xplorer website to create a Primary Account.

  • Make sure ‘New Zealand Rugby’ is your Rugby National selection.

  • Enter details and agree to both the RX T&Cs and the New Zealand Rugby Privacy Policy.

  • Click ‘Next’

Step 2:

  • If your email has already been used to sign up, you can log in using your email address and password.

  • If your Rugby ID has been found, confirm the details are your own details - you can select the profile and enter a password to sign in.

OR

  • You can continue with the creation of a ‘new profile’

In any of these cases you will be sent an email with a link to verify your email and enter a new password.

  • Enter your password twice and click ‘Confirm’ - Your password will be set.

Step 3:

  • To log into RX, enter your email address and password - You’ll be taken to your profile page in RX.


HOW TO REGISTER FOR RUGBY WITH HH

   1. Sign into Rugby Xplorer

   2. From your Profile Page - Click ‘Register’

   3. Click ‘Find a Club’

   4. Select…

        a. ‘Your name’ to register yourself as a                   Player, Coach or Team Manager, click                 ‘Next’

        b. ‘The person you are registering on                     behalf of’ (Secondary Account), click                 ‘Next’

        c. ‘Link a new person’ (Create a                             Secondary Account), Click ‘Next’

NOTE: Secondary accounts are for: 

  • A parent/guardian who is registering their child/children to rugby.  

  • Where a player does not have an email address, a primary account can be used to then create a linked account of that player.  

  • If two participants share the same email address and have an existing family relationship in the system, all records will be brought across to Rugby Xplorer as linked accounts.

   5. Start typing ‘HORA HORA RUFC’,

       Select the ‘Club Name’ and click ‘Next’

   6. Select your…

        a. Role: 

             i. Player

             ii. Coach

             iii. Team Manager

        b. Registration Type:

             i. Senior - Womens Premier

             ii. Senior - Mens Premier

             iii. Senior - Mens Non-Premier

             iv. Junior - Contact:

                *Grades Year 0 (U5) - Year 8 (U13),                      this includes Rippa grades

                 **Children aged 6 years or under,                         WILL NOT be placed in a tackle.

             v. Teenage - Boys Contact:

                *Grades Year 9 (U14) - Year 13 (U18) 

                **Year 9 (U14) is a mixed gender                         grade - Girls wanting to play U14                       register in this category. 

             vi. Teenage - Girls Contact:

                 *Grade Year 10 (U15) - Year 13 (U18)

        b. Duration: Season

   7. Check your details are correct, then click         ‘Next’

   8. Upload a Photo of the Person Registering           (This is COMPULSORY), then click ‘Next’

   9. Select ‘Gender’, ‘Country of Origin’,                ‘Nationality’, find your ‘Address’, then               click ‘Next’

   10. Enter ‘Full Name of Emergency Contact’           and ‘Mobile Number’, then click ‘Next’

   11. Enter ‘Weight’ - This is optional

   12. Answer the ‘3 National Questions’ -                   These are NZ Rugby Compulsory, then               click ‘Next’

   13. Review Summary, then review the T&Cs

   14. Go back to the Rego screen and tick the             ‘T&Cs Radio Button’, then Click ‘Pay $0’ 

All Fees details will be sent via a separate email.

   15. Click ‘Finish’


You will be asked if you’d like to add another registration?

No - You’ll be taken back to your Profile Page

Yes - You’ll be taken to the Registration screen to repeat the process.
