Standard Hireage conditions:

- Clubroom may be opened on the day of hire day to allow you access for set-up at a time to be arranged to suit. The Bar can be arranged to open at a time to suit you from 2pm Saturday (3pm Sunday) or 6pm Monday - Thrusday (5pm on Friday), and closes at 10pm on week nights, or 11pm on Friday & Saturday, or 6.30pm on Sunday - unless you gain a Special License to open beyond these hours. We can point you in the right direction to make an application.

- Hireage includes access and use of the entire first floor level, including use of the Kitchen. If alcohol is being consumed at your function, it also includes 2 bar staff for the evening, who will lock-up for you at midnight. Clubroom access can be granted if you wish to clean-up on the following morning.

- The club has a caterer available, if you wish to discuss meals being provided at your additional cost. A buffet or platter menu can be planned to suit you

- Clubroom Hire Fee is $200 (including GST), which will be refunded if bar revenue from your function exceeds $2,500). An additional fee of $150 is payable for commercial cleaning (you are required to remove all decorations and leave the place in a reasonably tidy state). Additionally a deposit of $150 in bond is required up front and will be returned if there are no breakages / damages incurred. If bar is being opened, there is a fee of $150 for the two bar staff (no BYO is permitted at any time).

- There is a radio and amplifier sound-system available for use in the Clubrooms. You are welcome to make your own individual arrangements for band / DJ / Karaoke /etc. Noise levels must not disturb our residential neighbours.

- You are urged to make your own arrangements for Security of your guests at the venue.

- Toilets are provisioned for you with soap, toilet paper, etc, and cleaning products. mops, brooms and vacuum cleaner are available to you. You are welcomed to re-arrange clubroom furniture and decorate the room to suit, however all three Fire Exits MUST remain clear at all times. All decorations including pins, staples, etc must be cleanly removed not causing damage to ceiling, walls, display frames, etc.
