Conditions of Entry

Introduction

The management of ILT Stadium Southland is committed to providing a safe, secure, and enjoyable environment for all visitors. By entering the stadium, all patrons agree to comply with the following conditions of entry. These conditions are designed to protect all attendees, staff, and participants and ensure the smooth running of events.


General Conditions:

Prohibited Items

For the safety and comfort of all patrons, the following items are not permitted in the stadium:

  • Alcohol - only alcohol purchased on-site is permitted
  • Illegal substances
  • Glass bottles or cans - only glass or cans purchased on-site are permitted subject to individual event rules
  • Weapons of any kind
  • Laser pointers
  • Large bags. Backpacks may be inspected on request
  • Flags, banners, or signs deemed offensive or dangerous
  • Gang patches
  • Fireworks, flares or laser pointers or lights or any kind
  • Marker pens, spray paint or any tagging equipment
  • Animals other than service animals
  • Commercially branded food and drink (eg. Fast food)

Behaviour

All patrons must respect the rights of others by displaying appropriate and respectful behaviour. The following actions are strictly prohibited:

  • Aggressive, abusive, or offensive language and behaviour
  • Throwing objects within the venue
  • Interfering with the event or performers in any way
  • Smoking (including vaping) inside the stadium

Failure to comply with these guidelines may result in removal from the stadium and potential legal action.


Safety & Security

Bag Checks and Searches
For safety reasons, all bags and personal items may be searched upon entry. Refusal to comply may result in denial of entry.

Surveillance
ILT Stadium Southland operates closed-circuit television (CCTV) to ensure the safety and security of everyone on the premises. Footage may be used for investigative or legal purposes.

Evacuation Procedures
In the event of an emergency, patrons must follow the instructions of stadium staff and security. Evacuation plans are in place and will be communicated as necessary.

Alcohol and Drug Policy

Alcohol Consumption
Alcohol may only be consumed in designated areas of the stadium. Patrons may be required to present valid ID to purchase alcohol, and service will be denied to anyone under the legal drinking age or who appears intoxicated.

Drug Use
The use or possession of illegal substances within the stadium is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate removal and referral to law enforcement.

Children and Minors

Supervision
Children under the age of 14 must be accompanied by a responsible adult. Parents and guardians are responsible for the behaviour and safety of minors in their care.

Prohibited Activities

Unauthorised Commercial Activity
No unauthorised selling of goods or services is permitted on the premises. Only vendors approved by ILT Stadium Southland management are allowed to operate.

Photography and Recording
The use of cameras, video recorders, or other recording devices for commercial purposes is prohibited unless prior consent has been obtained from stadium management. Personal photography and filming are generally permitted, provided it does not interfere with other patrons or the event.

Liability

Patrons enter ILT Stadium Southland at their own risk. The stadium will not be held liable for any injuries, losses, or damages sustained while on the premises unless such liability is due to the negligence of stadium management or staff.

Right of Refusal

Management reserves the right to refuse entry to any person deemed to pose a risk to the safety or enjoyment of others. This includes individuals who appear intoxicated or under the influence of drugs.

Modifications to Conditions

ILT Stadium Southland reserves the right to amend these Conditions of Entry at any time without prior notice. Updates will be made available on the stadium’s website.

By entering ILT Stadium Southland, patrons agree to adhere to these conditions. Failure to comply may result in removal from the venue without refund.
