TEAM GRADING, ELIGIBILITY AND GAME VENUES

Throughout the season all teams will have a scheduled game hosted by other clubs at their homeground and every now and then we'll play at home here in Kaiapoi. Junior Games are at South Hagley Park, Deans Ave, CHCH. CSA Headquarters are at Mainland Ballpark, Pages Rd, CHCH. 

Guide to selecting a junior grade:
Players must be under the grade age as at 31 December 2023
ie. for an U11 player - if the player turns 12 on/before the 31st Dec 2023 they are U13 - if the player turns 12 on/after the 1st January 2024 they are U11

Under 7 Mixed Teeball (Born after 31st December 2019) made up of 6+ players (girls & boys) played at South Hagley Park from 11.00am - 12.00pm Saturday mornings

Under 9 Single Gender Teeball (Born after 31st December 2016) made up of 9+ players, played at South Hagley Park from 11.00am - 12.00pm Saturday mornings 

Under 11 Single Gender Little League Division 1 Softball (Born after 31st December 2014) made up of 9+ players, played at South Hagley Park from 9.30am - 10.30am Saturday mornings -

Under 13 Single Gender Little League Division 2 Softball (Born after 31st December 2012) made up of 9+ players, played at South Hagley Park from 9.30am - 10.30am Saturday mornings -

Under 15 Single Gender Junior League Softball (Born after 31st December 2010) made up of 9+ player, played at Dynasty Ballpark (Cuthberts Green) from 10.00 - 11.30am Saturday Mornings 

Under 18 Single Gender Junior League Softball (Born after 31st December 2007) made up of 9+ players, played at Dynasty Ballpark (Cuthberts Green) from 10.00 - 11.30am Saturday Mornings -

Under 23 Single Gender Rookie League Softball (Born after 31st December 2002) made up of 9+ players, played at Dynasty Ballpark (Cuthberts Green) from 6.00 - 7.45pm Monday evenings - 

Open Grade Senior Softball made up of 9+ players, played at Dynasty Ballpark (Cuthberts Green) from either 1.30 - 3.00pm or 3.15 - 4.45pm Saturday afternoons -

Premier Grade Softball made up of 9+ players, played at Dynasty Ballpark (Cuthberts Green) from either 1.00 - 2.45pm or 3.00 - 4.45pm Saturday Afternoons. When required midweek games are scheduled, also at Dynasty Ballpark from 6.00 - 7.45pm -

NB:// If a player is playing in more than one team, the player pays the sub amount for the highest graded team, then $50.00 for the second team, $25 for the third team. 

2024/2025 Subscription Fees

The new Membership fees for the 2024/2025 season are as follows:

Under Seven $35 (before 31/10) $45 (after 31/10)

Under Nine $60 (before 31/10) $70 (after 31/10)

Under 11 & 13 $85 (before 31/10) $95 (after 31/10)

Under 15 & 18 $120 (before 31/10 ) $130 (after 31/10)

Senior $190 (before 31/10) $200 (after 31/10)

Premiers $210 (before 31/10) $220 (after 31/10)

Register and pay your subs before 30 September 2024 and go into the draw for a $50 Prezzy card… we look forward to playing the season with you!!When playing for more than one team the highest grade applies and $50.00 for each additional team.

Please note - full payment for subs are due before second game. A Direct Debit form is available through our club treasurer Click Here. Uniforms are issued once payment is recieved in full or a Direct Debit Form has been agreed upon with our treasurer.

We have tried very hard to make the increase as small as possible and are offering two membership rate options. One if you pay prior to 31 October 2024 and another if you pay after 31 October 2024. There is also the option to set up a payment plan with the Club, this must be started prior to 31 October to take advantage of the lower membership rate

We are often asked what do my subs get me? The majority of members subs go to pay our membership costs at CSA, the balance is used to purchase game balls, to engrave trophies for prize giving and pay our umpiring duty fees to CSA.
