Kaikorai Junior Cricket club plays in the Dunedin Cricket Junior Competition. Girls and boys from years 1 to 8 are welcome to join.

The season runs from the end of October to the end of March. There is a break over the school holidays, with the season resuming at the end of January. The registration fees below are for the whole season (i.e. until March 2023).

Soft ball:

Section 6: Introduction to cricket. Saturday morning 9.30am to ~11am. Teams of 8, pairs cricket, 12 overs per side. Suitable for years 1 and 2 ($50)

Section 5: Saturday morning 9am to ~11am. Teams of 8, pairs cricket, 16 overs per side. Suitable for years 2-4 ($60)

Hard ball:

Section 4: Introduction to hard ball cricket. Friday night, 5pm to ~7pm. Teams of 8, pairs cricket, 20 overs per side. Suitable for years 3-6 ($70)

Section 3: Friday night, 5pm to ~7pm. Teams of 8, pairs cricket, 20 overs per side. Suitable for years 5-6 ($70)

Section 2: Saturday morning.  Teams of 9, 30 overs per side. Suitable for years 6-8 ($70)

Section 1: Saturday morning. Teams of 9, 30 overs per side. Years 7-8 ($70)

Year 8 boys: $35 (half season)

There is a 15% discount for additional family members registering. It will be automatically applied to subsequent registrations on the same account.
