We would respectively request all parents and caregivers to ensure the following throughout the season:

• Ensure that every player turns up to practice and games on time, prepared and with the right kit. This includes mouth guards as they will not be allowed to play if they don’t have them.
• If your child is unable to make practice or game day please notify the manager directly with as much notice as possible.
• For away games please ensure that all players have had a good breakfast before they leave and have a packed lunch for the trip.
• For home games please remember to bring a plate for afternoon tea and also to help out with the roster for the kitchen or other help as required.
• Bus travel, if your child is traveling on the bus please check them in with the team manager and advise if they are NOT returning on the bus that day. Cost for the bus is $5, we do require a couple of parents to help.
• Car travel, if your child still requires a booster seat please provide this to the driver as well as a $5 koha.

In terms of supporting on the touchline please remember the following:

• Children learn best by example so please actively role model our kaupapa.
• Above all the children are there to have fun and enjoy their Rugby and it is their game!
