About Us

We are located at the Karaka Sports Park, situated at 372 Blackbridge Rd Karaka. 

As the club is part of the Karaka Community Event Centre @ Karaka Sports Park  & have access to the facilities that the main building offers and have a great relationship with the other sporting codes that use the complex. Expansion plans are in the pipeline, we look forward to adding more courts.

We have been at this site since 1986, when the two Karaka Clubs amalgamated ad have 5 artificial grass surfaces all fully flood lit.

2017 - for the first time in the clubs history we had a mens Caro Bowl interclub team. This is Auckland and NZ's premier competition. This competition features NZ's best tennis players, The 2018/19 season Karaka won the competition and became the first South Auckland Men's team to do so. 

Karaka Tennis Club is a small friendly club that welcomes you to become a member and participate in organised play & / or play private games. If you have friends, neighbours or work mates who might be interested in playing tennis please encourage them to come to Karaka Tennis Club, we have great facilities to use and enjoy. We are the peoples club!
