9:15am - Drivers Briefing and Tuning Runs followed by racing

Change of Guardian Indemnity

This form is to be used to transfer guardianship of a minor from the minor's Legal Guardian to a Stand In Guardian. The form must be signed by both the Legal Guardian and the Stand In Guardian and presented to the event Race Officials at documentation.

Duty Class

If you are part of the Duty Class for the race day, please check with the convenor on the day for the tasks that require your assistance before presenting karts for scrutineering.

  • Put rubbish bins out around the facility

In the weigh shed

  • Turn on the PA system, amplifier is in the corner by the fire extinguishers, all you need to do is push the red button to turn it on

  • Microphone for Pit Gate needs to be taken to the pit shelter and plugged in and tested.

  • The Race order / results board that sits on the trailer needs to be put up in the pit bay (this is a 2-person job)

  • Turn on the scales

  • Then take the trailer out and park in the pits ready to hook onto the tow vehicle.

  • Take the Flags & Fire Extinguishers for the flag points out and put on the trailer

In the Tech shed

  • Turn on the Air Compressor and set the air hoses up outside

In the Store room (next to the women’s toilet block)

  • Take the TV and hang on the outside wall of the weigh shed and plug in (another 2-person job)

At the race control building

  • Take the lap counter out and put up at Starter's Stand

Club Day Fees

2022/23 Race day fees are:

Class

Cadet  - $65

Mini Rok - $65

Junior - $65

Senior - $65

Vintage - $65

Bucket Bike $65


Club Championships - A $10 Levy is applied per round on top of the entry fee to cover trophy costs.

One race only (ie GP) - $20 per kart

One day licence - $40 plus above race fees (available for any driver who does not hold a current KartSport New Zealand competition licence. Note: only 6 one day licences may be issued per year per person)

Transponder Hire - $10 per day

Pit shed daily hire - $15 per day

All rates include GST and Ambulance fee.
