Kelston Girls' College is seeking a strategic, relational, and organised professional to manage and grow our International Student Programme. This flexible part-time role (a baseline of approximately 5 hours per week, with the capacity to scale up during short study tours and recruitment cycles) leads the marketing, compliance, enrolments, and pastoral care for our international students and visiting delegations.
Key areas of responsibility include:
- Building global agent networks and planning strategic recruitment initiatives.
- Ensuring adherence to The Education (Pastoral Care of Tertiary and International Learners) Code of Practice 2021 and managing NZQA self-reviews.
- Processing applications via Eschool, integrating data with KAMAR, and liaising with finance for fee structures.
- Facilitating student orientation, managing buddy networks, and ensuring international learners thrive academically and socially.
- Coordinating short-term group itineraries, cultural exchange activities, and homestay provider alignment.
